Gin No Yu Kaikan (Hot Spring Run by Town)
静岡県賀茂郡南伊豆町下賀茂247-1The Gin No Yu Kaikan (Shimokamo hot spring) which is a hot spring facility run by Minamiizu Town was renovated and reopened on the March 1, 2016. The facility originally opened in 1996. On its 20th year anniversary this town tourism symbol was renovated to increase customer satisfaction. To make the facility more appealing it now has a new open-air sleeping bath and a sauna, and the changing room size has been increased. There is also a restaurant you can enjoy without going to the hot spring, a new acupressure walkway you can walk on barefoot, the entrance, and lounge.
