Kashiya Cave Tombs
〒419-0112 静岡県田方郡函南町柏谷Nationally designated historic site. Ancient tombs in the mountainside.
They are the largest cave tombs in the prefecture, which were used for 200 years between the end of the 6th century up until around the end of the 8th century. They came to be known as “the 100 holes of Kashiya” and are situated in a park where the locals come to relax.
