Toi Gold Mine
〒410-3302 伊豆市土肥2726The mountain shrine inside the mine is renowned for being a spiritual spot, having a torii gate covered in pure gold foil! You can also experience panning for gold. The mine is home to the world’s largest gold bar, which has been certified by Guinness Book of World Records and weighs an amazing 250 kg! (Roughly 551 pounds!) Every Sunday at 10:00 in the morning there are guided tours (paid).
